Getting babies to eat?

I have a clutch of 19 babies that hatched last weekend.I'm trying to feed them but with no luck.As you will all know trying to pursuede each one to eat on there own takes an age.Will they just eat when hungry?They are all healthy and drinking but wont eat.Last years clutch of only 3 all ate immediately after hatching.Any ideas?
 
Have they had their first sheds yet? It's my understanding that they won't eat usually until after this shed.

I ask because I have a clutch that hatched earlier than yours, and haven't shed yet.

Let them have there first shed, then wait a day or two before trying to feed, dont forget to seperate them tho,

it could take 7 to 10 days for the shed phase to happen,
 
thanks for the info.that'l save me some pinkies! I always feed seperatley and thats why it takes so long.I dont know how those with multiple clutches cope!
I'll let you know how they get on after they shed

let me know how things go, my new baby was 2 days old when i got her, so when she shed i left her about a day after, then she ate, just fed tonight and again she fed, no messing
i'll always be a new member too, has i'm always learning
