Random question - anyone have a good account rep that helped them get certified to ship snakes with Fed Ex?

I DID have a certification but the account lapsed and now I'd like to get certified again... but the helpful rep seems to be gone, and of course when I call the general info line and ask to speak to my rep no one ever calls back >:/

What worked last time was some kind soul sent me the contact info for an account rep who knew about the reptile shipping cert and was willing to actually update me on things XD I'd really appreciate it if someone could PM me a name and a number or email.
