The One an Only Kuro....
Got this little guy(or girl) just yeterday....took pics of him before i put him away so he could settle in and digest his meal.

I say he cause i don't like calling animals "it's" and don't like doing the he/she, him/her thing either...so intill i take him to be sexed he a boy.


His name(for now atleast) is Kaleo(kay-leo), he's a 2007 baby...he's big, twice the thickness of my other big '07 baby. And he's so calm and relaxed...not the mean or grumpy type gopher i've heard about and seen in pics which is good cause i'm not a big fan of snakes that are consistantly grumpy.

Nice looking snake Lover, Great Basin Gophers live around my home and we find the frequently. They are great snakes. You'll enjoy it.
 
That is a wee little thing, its hard to imagine my gophers ever being that tiny. Ha, in no time that Critter will be eating Jumbo RATS in no time.

Reminds, me I gotta feed my big girl today. :D
 
Fantastic pattern, thank you for sharing. I'm really intrigued by all the different non-corn postings I keep seeing. Now I'm not sure if I want another corn, or maybe one of those nice king snakes, but the black milk snakes are gorgeous...........
