I've never heard of that site before but yea the heat rock would be the first thing to go. Sounds like its a good kit and cheap.

Gator is right..I seen them at Petsmart by my house and the tank and lid are not included.....

the only thing i would use for a corn is the water dish. This kit is probably better for a lizard
 
The fact that it even includes a heat rock would deter me in the first place. Plus, my momma always told me anything that is too good to be true probably is ;)
