What a great board. I am picky about the message boards I join in our hobbies, and this looks like a winner. No petty arguing to be found so far. :)

We (my 11yo daughter and I) are in the research stage of her first snake. We have decided on a corn. Isn't the internet a wonderful tool. Everything at our fingertips to make an informed decision about our new pet and it's set-up and care.

I have been reading on the boards for hours a night, and will be wearing out the search function I am sure. lol.

welcome aboard!! I'm too a newbie in both the boards and owning a snake. I think I beat you in wearing out the internet on info for corn snakes. I bought my snake Skittles in Oct, and I love her and now I want more.
Good Luck!

Welcome Ron. I read your other post and can't help with local breeders, but Don Soderberg is near San Antonio, I believe. Might want to check out his site if you haven't already www.cornsnake.net
