hi all.


Well i feel gutted right now, i've just checked my eggs (15) seven weeks today,i check them every other week,two weeks ago they looked a bit bad so i wiped them with the moss they are in to wipe some of the mould of,but just now when i checked them they were all bad, i mean sunk in and slimmy,the moss was still damp and temp was good, just bad eggs i supose, or do you think it could have been anything else??.................

I had a batch of 14 eggs and I checked on them every other day, which I am glad about, because yesterday (13th September, 2002) I checked them and 10 had hatched! If I had checked them as you had I may have lost my little hatchlings. Next time you have a batch of eggs I suggest checking them much more regulary, maybe your eggs were lost because the mould rotted them away, and you could have saved them by cleaning them more often. Good luck for the future.

for your loss! I don't have a clue as to what might have happened, but I wanted to say I'm sorry. I know you must be feeling terrible...I hope you have better luck next year!
