Happy with this new hobby
Since this is an educational website (besides other things people use it for), I'd like to ask what is a hampster. Doing a Google search, I got "did you mean hamster?" Are people misspelling the word or Hampster is an acceptable spelling for the little rodent?
 
Grammar/spelling/usage Nazi that I am, it's "hamster".

I think "hampster" is where the critters dump their dirty clothes until laundry day. :sidestep:

I have two, and I've always know them to be spelled "hamster."
