he fell into my couch...

norbert03

norbert and aelfric
fric fell off my hand and in between the cushions and it took me fifteen minutes to find him! i now know how people feel when a snake escapes. i was freaking out the whole time because i was afraid he would hurt himself on a protruding spring or piece of splintered wood...or that he'd fall further down to where i couldn't get him. i found him nestled up under one of the permanent cushions and managed to get him out instead of further in. oi! he's so quick and clumsy, i really have to keep a close eye on him during handling because he doesn't know where not to go and he likes to pretend he's a cliff diver, hehe. my couch, it seems to eat everything that falls into it somehow, but aelfric made it out alive and completely unwounded...just a little shaken. wooh!

Hi Norbert,

You got lucky, a couple of weeks ago, we had to cut a big chair apart with a razor blade to get SneakySnake back. Hubby had just been lecturing me, about not giving Sneak enough freedom. LOL!

Believe me, he holds on tighter now.

Cheers!

I had to dissasemble my computer chair when my then, new aztec decided to crawl behind me, over the edge of the chair and into the innards. Took me an hour to get her out.

Had to cut a flap on the side of a recliner because my 4' normal got inside the top part of the armrest. Had to be careful because of exposed staples and nails inside the furniture. A few weeks later, my Okeetee hatchling snuck out of his feeding tub and got in the back of my computer desk chair. Had to take a screwdriver and pop the cushion off the plastic backing. :headbang:
