Hello..

I have some questions regarding how hot the tank should be..
i have a heating pad on the hot side of the tank, is this enough?..cuz when i take her out of the tank to hold her she feels kinda cold..should i put a small heat the hot side also?

A heat pad is usually enough, unless the snake is in a very cool room. Do you have a thermometer or two in the tank? What are the temps in there? I like to have the warm side at about 85 degrees and the cool side at 75 during the day. Keep in mind that your snake will not usually feel as warm to the touch as another person. People's body temps are about 98.6, while the snake's will only be 85 if it's lounging in the warm side of the tank (at the temps I mentioned above).
 
I'm with you Kenalotia, I would like to add that greg, your snake may have been cooling itself off. Chances are, the area over the UTH is quite warm and your corn can go there when it's cold.

But definitely check the temperatures. Make sure you measure as close to the substrate as possbile.
