heating question

made to work with any as far as i know. I've used the habistat model's for nearly 10 years sucsefully without any burn problems, but it does happen if they arn't thermostaticly controled. I have it set to 90 as a max temp for the corns and 94 for my boa's.

A peice of low tack tape all round it, thats checked once a week, so the snake can't get under it. I use low tac so it wont stick to the snake if it is pulled up or comes undone like selotape would because selotape is a lot stickier then low tac insulation tape.

makes sense. I was just wondering as I wouldn't think that a UTH can be used with wooden enclousers. I did a search for this, and found the manual incase anyone wants to read about them. The Manual is in PDF format, so you will need that to read it. Was surprised by how it worked.

Thanks for Sharing the name of this with us Cornman.

No problem, i thought it was what everyone used, sorry for the presumtion and hope it's of some use to every one.
If anyone wants one and cant get one in the US or else where email me for Uk prices and i'll but and send them on, but you'll have to do your own electrics as its eather a european 2 pin plug or a Uk 3 pin disign.

You r certifiable 70 - 75 F is perfect temp, not sweating or freezing.
