I am a programmer/Manager that is trying to get a business going good enough to quit my day job. I deal inverts right now but want to move into reptiles and amphs too. My aim is to be doing well enough by July to quit my day job and do this full time. Thanks for having me aboard everyone!

I am interested in getting a Mantis, but would love to see some pics. I have a feeling you will be getting pics on your site soon. Also, any issues shipping from CA to FL?

I am still working on pictures. Cause I work full time and do this in the evening its hard to do everything. I have over 2000 inverts which keeps me busy all the time. Shipping anywhere in the US is not a problem, in fact florida is really good cause the temps are good there :) If its below 30 I wait till it warms up before shipping to some places.
 
I can appreciate that. I only had 14 rats and 1 breeding pair of corns and I quite busy. I can't imagine over 2000 animals to care for.

I tried blue rats a many years ago. They were fun. Rats have such personalities and lots of inteligence compared to some animals.
 
i had a male american blue silver who was awesome, would lick everything! He got pimped out a lot to other selective breeders.

It's funny i adore rats, and think mice are the most moronic of rodents!
 
anyone know where I can post and trade tarantulas for cornsnakes? I do not want to break any forum rules and noticed that the for sale section says for contributors only.
 
To buy sell or trade you need to be a contributing member. If you go to opening page and scroll down to cornsnakes for sale and below it other thing for sale you will read the rules if you open the topic you will see a longer explanation of the rules. This also means referring to selling in your thread or sig lines. susang

Does this mean just commenting and talking with memebers or to actually give info on how to care for the snakes. I know a little but not enough to go handing out info.
