Who created it* and in scotland I meant lol.. Although I'm sure there was just enough welsh versions of William Wallace to keep longshanks happy ;)
 
Totally got my kings mixed up.. It was Edward I (longshanks) who created it, not William I, William I was the norman who invaded the uk in 1066 ;)

When I was in North Wales, everyone seemed to speak deep welsh so I never approached anyone before asking them if they spoke english.. Anyways, I asked this guy for directions and he was like *I DUN-E Know EM From SCOTLAND* I nearly choked on my drink.
