 I've been registered here for like a year, hardly been on, and never introduced myself, so I thought I would do it today! And in the future maybe show my "face" a bit more often.
I'm the type of person who can write a book for one question, so I'll try to keep it short, if you have a question just ask.
Anyway, I've been a pet owner my whole life, never lived a day (literally) without a cat, and started out young catching leopard frogs, baby painted turtles, garter snakes, bull heads, and chipmunks.
I bred and sold mice, hamsters, zebra finches, and guniea pigs from about 8 years old, now I still breed mice, but have switched primarially to reptiles.
Now that I'm "all grown up," I have a ten year old daughter, a 7 year old son, and still collect animals.
My son started kindergarten not able to say his ABC's, but able to identify MN frogs by their calls, and my daughter gets "commision" for helping with our baby corns. We enjoy providing reptile presentations to our schools and daycares, and I'm pretty sure all the kids enjoy it too.
While I love all my animals, my cats and my corns are my special babies. I love sharing and educating others, as well as meeting others with the same passions as me! So, hopefully I'll be able to help at least a few people out, and I thank those who have already helped me out!:spinner:
