My "hot side" stays at 85, and the "cool side" stays at 75. I don't use a Thermostat, I use a Rheostat. They are about the same thing except a Rheostat does not have a probe and it does not turn the heater on and off. The heater stays on all the time but with a Rheostat I adjust the amount of amperage going to it thus making it Heat more or Heat less.
I used a hand held infrared thermometer to actually measure the glass after it had time to heat up. It took me about 2 hours to dial in the correct temps, but ever since I got it set, it stays there. Every time I do a cage cleaning now I check the temps with the infrared, and so far they are remaining constant.

Im having a small problem.
She just finished recovering her feeding plan from the regurge a few weeks ago.
So her first regular 2 pinky feeding was to take place tonight, she ways around 17.27 grams.
I gave her the first one, she finished it, then I moved the 2nd one in but she wasn't interested. Thats very unusual, she hasnt ever denied food. Is there anything I should do? I'm not so worried, but its just rather unusual.

I fed her last 5 days ago. Perhaps I should try tomorow?
Also, I tried for about 5 - 10 mins, still wasnt interested.
She did this little bluff strike, not opening her mouth, just bimped it with her nose.
I think she got annoyed or something.

A snake can live 2 or 3 months without food. If she hasn't eaten in a few days it's no big deal. Just try it again later. She will eat when she needs to. Maybe you are feeding her too much and too often. Most of us only feed our animals 1 mouse per feeding. If you are feeding 2, and she's not eating the 2nd one, then obviously she doesn't want it.

And I wantred to hold her before I went to sleep and I check everything in the cage so we tore apart the house only to find her here. In other news, she really likes the new heating pad. She tends to spend all day (in 84 - 88 degree temps) in her warm hide and then she tends to stay in the cold hide at night,
which stays around 73-75 degrees. I also stuck that LED light on top only for the day.

This set up is pretty perfect! I like the vines and all the hides you have. Looks cozy, which is great for your snake.
