Check out her site here, http://www.cornutopia.com/, It shouldn't be that much. but it is a "must have" when it come to corns.
And you can make you Viv out of pine but you need to seal it with something like polyurethane. You just can't use pine as a bedding.

I do not know where you live (USA, UK or somewhere else) but check out the reptile shows in your area. If you live in the USA, there are a lot of reptile shows. There is one, once a month by me.
 
ok so i can use pine? and im actively reading the site i am so anxious to get my new pet but were also re-constructing our house and we may not have the space for it yet so ill have to wait a while

Pine is only good for building a Viv, sealed.
The minimum for an adult corn is a 20L fish tank. which is about 24" x18"...about :shrugs: It should fit in your room.
You can also scroll allllllll the way down the page, on the bottom right and click on the archives. It has all the old post, I think from day one.
 
Yes, you can use pine to build a viv. Just do like Lenny suggested and seal it with something.
