You'll need some image manipulation program such as Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop.
Even the most basic one will do it (I don't thek the ones free with WIndows do though)
Just open the bitmap, choose "save as" and sect the format.
If you have problems drop me an email and I'll do it for ya.
