Okay,
I don't think it's too serious, but please confirm that for me!
PLEASE!
So my corn snake shed for the 3rd time since I've had her a few weeks
ago, I always check to make sure it was a complete shed, and they've always been perfect sheds all in one piece.
Problem is, just this morning I noticed the end of her tale was brownish, (she's a white snake), and so I thought, "oh no! maybe there was a piece left on the end of her tale that I missed!" - but I don't think so.
Anyways, I did the normal skin removal technique. Soaked her in dish of room temp. water on a rough face cloth and sure enough it came off like it always does. Except it wasn't just skin. After examining her over, about 1 millimeter off the end of her tale had fallen off.
I was sure that it was a complete shed and I feel awful!!
There's no blood, it looks okayyy... and she's acting normal,
but is there anything I should be concerned about?
Thanks guys,
Spencer.
