Okay I'm proud to say franko finally pooped thank god I don't need to take him to the vet he's okay and doing much better I was just worried because I hadn't found any poop in his cage at all since he has eaten 3 pinky mice but I gave him a warm bath like I read online and he pooped I'm so happy he's finally pooped and I don't have to worry anymore plus he's even coming out if his hut last night and cruised around we have his tank like the headboard to our bed anyways just thought I'd update you all thanks

Just a side note, but this is wrong. Any properly-fed snake will grow to its normal adult size regardless of whether the cage is too small or massively huge. Consider that a very large cage might be difficult to heat properly, not to mention more difficult to clean.
