hey, sorry about making so many threads lately. but i have a question about buying mice from a breeder at a reptile show. im going to a show soon and i'll be picking up my stock there. i plan on buying some feeders anyway, i figured i might as well pick up my stock. But see, i don't know how to ensure that i get at least 2 females. males are no problem, i can get those as feeders at a pet store. but the only females the store sells are pets, and they're like $5 apiece. I don't mind raising them from hoppers, so i'll be buying them as a part of the feeder bunch.

i can recognize a male/female mouse. but my question is do breeders usually sell both sexes, and if so, how do i ensure that i get both without causing the seller a headache? :shrugs:
