Sexual maturity, when it comes to snakes, is mainly about size rather than age because of the strain of fasting for three months and holding a dozen huge eggs in you.
I'm not entirely sure about boa constrictors but I think it would be best to wait until it is about three-four years old and several feet long.

I know this is a corn snake forum, but to answer your question. Neil from England is right. Females need to be 7ft, or so, and at least three years old. The bigger the better. Males must be at least three years old. They are not as easy to breed as corns. The methods are very different too.

Yo, on boas... the smallest I ever heard of that was gravid with puppies was like 3.5 feet long from someplace in Mexico.
Lots of em you know.
Most of the females are going to be like 20 pounds before they pop pups. They used to have problems breeding them in the past but now commonplace. Sexually dimorphic the girls are usually bigger than the boys and yeah, 3 years or older for sure.
Grease, yo daddy sex it ? The dudes got the spurs and the duddettes got the tiny spurs you can barely see. Also heavy duty thick on the male tail. Good luck to you & yer Daddio.
