My newest one has escaped and I can't find him anywhere. I've looked everywhere but the little gooberhead is nowhere to be found. I recently got the cornsnake manual by Kathy Love and I'm trying all the tips in the book to find him. If anyone has any ideas or could just wish me luck I'd really appreciate it. I'm very worried....he's so little. :(
 
Your best bet is to use the 'search this forum' option at the top of this sub-forum's thread listing, or at the top of the main forum listing. Type in: escape. You'll find many, many threads with tips for recovery. Good luck!
 
Oh No!

I am sorry to hear that. I had a corn a few years back that would get out constantly despite my best efforts to fix his screen top. I would eventually find him every time, so there IS hope. One time he was gone for 2 months before I found him again!! Needless to say, I bought a new tank! :bang:

Just keep looking and don't lose hope!! He is out there somewhere!!

My amel was lost for 2 weeks, but my grandpa finally found him downstairs in the master bathroom. Other people have lost them for months and then find them later. Just keep looking.
 
Update....

I found the little guy! :crazy02: Trigger had been missing since yesterday but I just found him hiding in a back corner of the closet behind some boxes. I had already checked there earlier in the evening but I looked again just in case and there he was. Thank you sooo much for your good wishes! :)
