Hey. Yup I got my first corn today. He/she is an albino corn. It is pinkish peach color with a white back background colors. Ill post pics soon maybe sometime next week, so the lil guy has time to adjust.
 
That one corn will led to an ugly addiction of even more corn snakes and rat snakes and king snakes and milk snakes. You are so young, tell me were the illness stops. Then again, you not in to hots I hope. Remember a wise man or woman does not keep a pet that can kill him or her. Oh my – and we do this to are young. May you and my daughter forgive the sick people like me and other who turned you on to reptiles. Sorry you are now beyond any help. Well then good luck and remember if you have any problems. Come here to the the site of evil and all will help you out.

P.S. Sounds like a nice looking corn snake. You will have a blast watching it grow up. :)

lol ty both, and i will enjoy watchin the lil guy grow....Not sure if its a male or female yet. But it already is a really nice lookin snake :D i jus checked on it and it was burried under the bedding ...maybe asleep lol but he is in the cage still thank god, But ty both for ur reply's :wavey:

im gonna take some pics of the viv and the lil guy today. lol im hoping to use the rest fo the film on the camera jus so i can go get it devolped lol i was jus wondering, the gu ytold me he ate last week so should i wait the three days then feed him?
 
Let him have 3 days of solitude before you feed him. Just to make sure he's acclimated to his new environment.
 
Hey! Congratulations. That's a cute snake you got there! But be careful. I went from getting one for my son to a total of eight in the first year!
 
wow eight lol thats alot i prolly wont get another for a while o r til i can save the money up. Ty for the reply and comments i hope everyone enjoys the pic of the lil guy. I havent named him/her yet but im gonna decide on something tomorrow.
 
Just a thought, not a flame, but you might want to try feeding in a separate container to avoid the accidental ingestion of substrate while feeding, which can lead to impaction. Nice snake! :cheers:
 
i did feed in a seperate container he was in his deli cup and i put the deli cup back in his viv.
 
Congratulations Rachel! I'm sure you're going to go through all the firsts I have been with all kinds of trepidations and thrills! You've got a cutie there...enjoy!!
 
thanks, he's hidin more out in the open now and not fully under the bedding. When i peeked in on him this mornin he looked kinda dull and yesterday when i fed him, his eyes were like white and cloudy. I havent seen what they look like today but he could be going in shed right now. :)
 
Sounds like he's about to shed! Have you picked out a name yet? How about Peaches? :shrugs:
