Name is Jacob but i go by the name Arson or Kyrtis. I bought my first snake earlier today. I believe it is a Granite corn snake from the color scheme and design of the thing.

I decided to name it James until i find out it's true gender in which case it may become Jane if it turns out to be female. It is a hatchling at the moment.

I bought it from petco (well kept tanks and environment so i had no concern over the way it raised before i bought it). Don't kill me for that.

Hi welcome to the site:)
Sounds like you have everything he/she needs now,but once she gets older you are going to want to bump her up in size to a 20gal long or larger tank, if you didn't know.

Hope your corn snake does well with you and you love your corn snake:)

Welcome to cs.com! Can't wait to see your snake..and maybe a bigger font, please? Not all of us can read the micro size anymore.

Oh So Cute! I have that same hide for one of my 2010's and for a while it seemed like a giant cavern to her. SO I kind of filled it with Aspen and once she couldn't hear her own echo anymore (jk) it became a fav spot her her. Thanks for the font size, too! LOL

Awesome! Welcome to the forum!
More, closer, pics please!!
And I too thank you for the bigger font.
