Heya!

Hi! I'm Joanna(or Tattery), and I'm rather new to this site. I live in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area in TX, and I am the proud Mummy of two beautiful corns!
My first corn is a most likely male Charcoal Aztec named Tenzin Altivo Ingonesh Arrow. (I like giving long names to my babies, just so you know.) I got him last July from a local pet store. He was 13 inches then, and now he's around 24-25 inches. He's a lovely, extremely mellow boy, and I love him to pieces!
My second corn is a supposedly male Striped Hypo Bloodred het for Anery, and his name is Remus Peregrin Meriadoc Valentine. I got him in February at the North American Reptile Breeders Conference from SMR. He has five minor kinks(they don't hinder him in any way, he eats/poops just fine, and I'm not planning on breeding him), and because of that, I got him at a very low price. I am very thankful to the kind man who sold him to me! He was around 12-13 inches, and he's about 16-17 inches now. Remus is still a bit jumpy, and definitely has a different personality than Tenzin! When I pick him up, he's a bit restless, but he calms down after a few seconds.
I am also hoping to bring home a little female Butter from a reptile expo this weekend! -crosses fingers-
Anyway, enough with the talking, time for pictures!

Welcome to the forum, thanks for posting pics. Beautiful babies! I love the color shading and pattern on Tenzin and the bug eyes on Remus lol Are you a fan of fantasy novels btw? with those names I would guess so lol where did you pick the name Tenzin from?

Thank you! lol yes, Remus' eyes are quite adorably huge. And yes, fantasy is my favorite genre! I guess I can explain their names, if you want!

Tenzin= a name that my friend suggested and I liked, Altivo=Name of the horse from that movie Road to El Dorado, Ingonesh=Name of a fiddle tune that I learned at a camp, and Arrow=Name of a character from Treasure Planet.

Remus=Name from Harry Potter, Peregrin=Name from Lord of the Rings, Meriadoc=Lord of the Rings, and Valentine=Holiday, since that's around when I got him and because of his color!

So yeah... I normally just call them Tenzin and Remus.

Is it bad that I knew what the names "Peregrin" and "Meriadoc" were from right off the top of my head?! o_O; hahaha great snakes and great pictures!!! The picture of Remus sliding up your arm is probably my favourite one!

Love your snakes! :D

I actually have named my pets after Lord of the Rings character lol My cat's name is Pippin :) As for my snake's name I was thinking of naming her Fawkes, after the phoenix in Harry Potter!

@Sayjoo13 Heehee! Not at all! Thank you!

@serp Thank you! :D My sister has a cat named Pippin too! Oooh, Fawkes is a lovely name...

As of last Saturday, I have a third snakey!

Meet Nymphadora Rose Eileen Mononoke, a Ghost Motley! [First three names from HP, fourth is from a Hayao Miyazaki movie c:]
