I have had my corn snake around 3 1/2 years now. When I got it they told me it was a female cause they had popped it they also said she would get to be around 3 1/2 foot long fully grown about a year after i got her i put in a male that had been probed they were very similiar in size but the origanal i had ate the new one over night also if you count the scales from the vent to the tip of the tail on a shed there is 168 scales also it just shed again and this shed was 53 inches long dried out way bigger than what i had been told also i am not sure what kind it is it is almost all whitesh yellow you can lightly see some orangish markings but only up very close and red eyes

Are they supposed to get over 53 inches long? There are 168 scales from the vent to the tip of the tail is that a sign its a male? Do they eat each other normally? And I am trying to upload pics now..

Yes, most of them average 4 1/2 feet. Males tails run thicker fo rthe first couple of inches just past the vent, whereas females tail-bases taper quickly, starting right past that point. Also, Yes they can be canibalistic.

They can reach six feet but thats not "normal".And counting scales is not an accurate way to sex an snake. Probing is better.
They can eat each other. Is it normal. I think no but it has been done. I think stress and spreading disease is the main concern.

Your corns is Amelanistic, Anerythristic and either Motley or Motley/Striped, ie "Motley Snow" or "Motley/Striped Snow". Amel eliminates the black and explains the pink eyes. Anery eliminates the reds/oranges, leaving only the slight yellow and pink. Motley or het for both motley and striped ("motley/striped") explains the connected saddles that make the body nearest the head appear striped.
