hi im new, dont have any corn snakes but plan on buying one september 7th at the white plains reptile expo in new york.

Hi Jacob! :wavey:

Good for you for joining prior to getting your snake. You'll have lots of research time so your snake will have optimal conditions when you bring him home. Do you have any idea of what "color" you'd like, or are you just going to see what strikes you at the expo? Have you ever kept a snake before? They're great fun! ;)

my brother has 4 pythons, 2 ball pythons and 2 Borneo short tailed pythons, I've handled them before, pretty cool snakes. i asked him if i get a snake, what should i get, and he told me a king or corn snake. i went with corn since he told me they were a bit less "bitey".
and as for the expo thing, i want to just get 1 for now, not gonna breed yet since i don't have much experience, but i want to start out with a normal.

hi jacob and welcome to the site!!! the white plains reptile expo is awesome, i love to buy my reptiles there since they have such a variety :D :D :D ill also be going to the sept 7 expo :) can't wait!
