Hi I'm new here. :wavey: I just got my very first corn snake a little over a month ago. She's a 9month old snow, and sooo cute! I was just wondering, when I bought her she was coming to the end of her shed, and shed two days after I brought her home. Is it possible that she is shedding again? I know her eyes don't go "blue" but they look a little cloudy. Could it maybe just be I was looking at her in bad light?

yes it is possible that she's shedding again. corn's shed every 1-3 months, she's probably just at the beginning of her shedding cycle, once she's in full blue you'll know. by the way after she is in blue for a while she will appear to become normal again, that means she's getting closeto shedding. (thats what my guy's at right now) :) hope that helped.

Remember, she's still growing a lot at her age! :)

Corn snakes shed more often at a young age as they're growing, and as they get older, their growth rate slows (but never really stops), and so too does the shedding rate.

I hope that helped

David
