what are you hosting it on? if you want you can send me the pics on my s/n for AIM and I could resize them for you.

that would be great i think its the memory size they are like 1.2 mb the pics are jpeg so dnt know wheater that makes a difference dnt really know when it comes to computers!! wots ure email?

you might try irfanview[ similar to ACDSEE] which can offer you an easy way to resize your images. You can find it here, it's free, and very very fast for both simple editing and especially viewing:

no prob. The pic is like avatar size but from the small pic, the colors look nice and bright.

You can post pictures that are 800 x 600 pixels. There is a very good program for compressing pictures into a smaller file size without making them so little and hard to see.
