hello fae Bonnie Scotland....
welcome to the site

Before getting your corn, make sure you do extensive research... the FAQ section will help you loads!

and i have never seen a blue corn...
but you do get lavenders which can be slightly bluey and champaign morphs which are slightly pinky/purple...

both gorgeous specimens... but no, never seen or heard of blue corns :shrugs:

Welcome to the site!!!!!!!! There is a lot of information here. Be sure to read the FAQ section in the forums. They answer a lot of questions

ahwell,

yeah, im doing loadsa research because i want to be able to give proper care and so the snake will be happy, and not just waiting to kill me lol.

Well i admire that so you should do just fine when you get your corn :)

Husbandry is the basic care of a corn, eg how its housed, how well you look after it... etc

oh okay, i thought it was to do with mating lol.

well it does sound similar....

thanks :)

also, will a dog eat a snake?
we have a labrador cross, the dog wont have access to the room the snake will be in, but i want to be sure incase worst comes to worse...

lol that would be husband!

As for the dog it should be a problem if it doesnt have access to the snake, just make sure the viv is extra specially safe and secure!

It depends on your dog, do you think it would eat it if s/he came accross it?

it depends, she is very nice and playful, and freindly. but she might play with it and not realise that it could be hurt, to her it might just be a pretty wriggling toy. she probably wouldnt eat it. but she might accidently harm it...

llol i wouldnt let it stop you from getting the snake to be honest...

i have cats and a dog and none of them bother with the snakes...

if they are in the same room as the snakes when they are out, i keep a very watchful eye...
