His as friendly as a rattle snake, So how should i handle him!

Having lived with cats all my life I have been desensitized to scratches, I got tagged by a baby sandboa who held on and shook like a mad dog with a bone! Now that was painful! It would have seemed fair to me if the buggar had lost a tooth but no! Honest the only thing I have experienced worse than that was being stepped on by a horse. On the subject or corns I have yet to get tagged by any young or old. I know its coming though!

I got tagged by a black racer when I was in high school. After he bit me a couple times he calmed down a little. That was the second time had been bit. The first was by a baby speckled king.
Though like carnivorouszoo, I have to say the most painful thing that has ever happened to me was by a horse. I got kicked in the chin my senior year.. I am just lucky it was the horse thinking that I wanted to play and not a get away from me or I KILL YOU! kick...

I get tagged regular with the babies, like velcro on the skin but never been bitten by adult yet, but the closes i have come was last week just got a adult male strawberry snow.

I handled him when purchased and put him in his new large viv he spent days and nights exploring his territory then i opened the lid to feed him, he started tail rattling and was stood up like a cobra and striking out, so i just closed the lid and left him next day he was curled up on top of his hide.

the reason for this behavior was my fault i went in to quickly and frightened him, plus i think he is about to shed so not the snake fault but the owners.

2009 was my first go at breeding corns, and i was so pleased my female laid 17 eggs and i incubated the whole seventeen all now sold so very pleased with my self, but mainly thanks from you guys on here with your advice.

omg that is a beautiful candycane! I think its well worth taking a few hits from such a looker :D
