Hognose Pairs

Well, I have a thought. Any of those boys hets that you would like access to? Because if one is, I'll take him, and then I can breeding loan him back if you ever need his hets. That way I have the cute pet hognose I want but you don't lose access to the genes.

I'm probably a bit too dense at the moment, but I'm not sure I totally follow what you are suggesting. If you feel like emailing me through my web site (contact information can be found there) or by messaging me here, we can discuss this further. :)

Oh wow you have some of the most beautiful hoggies I've ever seen! I've just got a normal female myself, that I'm slowly fattening up for breeding. :) Gotta pick her up a boyfriend soon.

From what I've read they are listed as a protected species and thus it's illegal own WC which unfortunately extends to CB, even imported.

They all look so nice, you will have to let us know how all of your pairings turn out especialy the (Athena X Berry) futre pink snows?

Thanks!

A lot of people that know me and know that I've been breeding Athena and Berry together are very interested in what a PPA x Axanthic will produce. I'm a bit surprised that nobody has tried this project before. Or if they have, they've been very quiet about it and were either unsuccessful or it's a project still in the works. Considering how close a PPA and a Snow kind of look already, it really makes me wonder what this genetic pairing will produce, if anything at all.

I bred them together last year for the first time and I ended up with 3 males (it was a small clutch). I was really hoping to get at least one female out of that pairing as I was hoping to give Athena this year off (in case she's retained sperm) and was going to put her with my Anaconda male next year. But that plan backfired, so here we go again. ;)

I wish you the best of luck with the pair this year, If you decide you have too many animals from this project at any point let me know they are both traits i would love to add to my collection of hogs.

I love the hogs i have and ame always happy to find more they are an animal i cant get enough of :)
