That snake was so far gone into eating mode that I doubt it would regurge on it's own before it died, but there's always that slim chance it could self-correct although I wouldn't bet on it.
The most difficult aspect is that hognose are rear-fanged, so trying to pull the body out would be quite difficult if not impossible without adding further injury to the snake unless you used a tool like a form of specula that could be inserted between the teeth and the body and then carefully slide the body out. I've had to do this with a few hogs that have decided to try and eat me, it's not easy getting them off once they go into chewing mode as those rear-fangs really dig in; so for those instances, I've always used something like a business card to push between the teeth and my finger (which seems to be the most desirable morsel) and then I could safely remove the hog without pulling on it or breaking any of it's teeth or even jawbone.
I just hope that somebody was able to rescue that hog from itself before it did any permanent damage or died from this incident.
