Go to Walmart or Menards and get a 4 shelf wire shelving unit, 36x16x54h. They go for about $30 and will hold 4 20L tanks.

I have what he is talking about and I can post a pic later this afternoon. The rack is very sturdy and is very easy to adjust hieght.

Looks something like this...

People build racks to avoid buying and using aquariums. So, the chances of finding someone who has built a wood rack to hold 20 gallon tanks would be somewhat rare....

Rack from Home Depot

Rack pictured above is exactly what I have. Total of 4 shelves. I have the bottom 3 holding a 20 gallon tank and even has room for a 10 gallon turned the opposite direction. I use the top shelf for all my supplies. If the snakes are out while I'm in the room, I just open their lids and they're free to roam up and down the rack. Good excercise.
