I would have to say it's a 9. Anything that is over 500,000 scoville units you must sign a waiver or release form to purchase. This stuff is like 350,000-400,000 scovilles. It's VERY HOT!
 
Do the suppliers, supply to the UK? I would be interested in that case if not then it might work out a bit expensive for me.
