Breeders of course will use rack systems, but those of us with only a few animals use various types of terrariums.
For my new terrarium, I will be using 1/2" teak plywood, and it will measure about 39" X 20" X 18.5" (h). It is similar to one I may some time ago, but this one will be furniture quality, with a textured formica floor, and the most realistic rock wall, ledges, hides, etc. that I could find. I'll then find a nice branch, vines, etc.
The terrarium I made for an albino L.t. nelsoni had a sliding glass door that made it excape proof. The door was made like a picture frame, with the piece of wood on the right allowing the door to open as far as you wanted it to, or removing it completely. There is about 1 mm of play in the glass... I use a Boaphile 1611 Radiant Heat Panel, thermometers, hygrometers, a good quality proportional thermostat, night drop timer, etc.
The most realistic rock walls, corner rocks, ledges, I'm getting from:

Here's a photo of my old terrarium, the rock wall I ordered, the ledge, and two corner rocks that I'm undecided on. The website doesn't show lots of their products blown up, so I asked for them. I was going to get one from Pangea, but these are more durable, and I think more realistic.
