How long can you keep mice in the freezer for?I am currently feeding pinks?I wanted to know because I am thinking of ordering in bulk and don't want them "going off".Cheers!V :shrugs:
As always if you do a search about this you will find a bunch of threads. I think most people felt that an unopened vacuum sealed pack of feeders could be kept for at least a year, and that once you opened it, you could safely keep them for around 6 months. Some people thought you could keep them longer and some people went the other way.
Also many feel that as long as the feeder still looks good, like it did when you first got it, then it should be fine. To be safe I'd say a year of unopened storage (vacuum sealed) in the freezer, and 6 months after opening are both safe time estimates.
