How long to hatch if incubated at 84-86

Sorry I can't answer your question, but I can narrow it down. All mine too exactly 60 days at 82,

Skye

Hi, I don't know if I'm 100% correct on this or if I'm being overly careful, but I think 84-86 sounds kind of high...
If I were you, I'd probably go with 81 or 82, just because I've heard some sad stories about kinked clutches. Just to be safe.

I incubate mine at 85 degrees. All my neonates hatched at 57-58 days. I experienced no kinks or problems. I do use an incubator which makes my hatch dates very predictable. The only problem with this temp might be if your equipment was unreliable, you only have a 5 degree window to work with. Several hours at 90 degrees in most cases will cause problems.

My first clutch this year I did incubate at 82 and they took 66 days. The reasons I upped the temp on these ones was because they are schedualed to hatch between the 3-10 if I go at 82. THe only problem with that time frame is that I'm getting married on the 7 and leaving for my honeymoon on the 10th. I don't want to leave and leave them inside the incubator for 5 days. So I'm hopping the increased temps will get them to hatch a bit sooner.
Thanks,
Trevor
