Yes. In ziploc bags they last a few months. In Air tight bags....(ok baby brain lost the word for it) they can last a year

Just to add to this ... In a ziploc bag placed inside of an air tight "tupperware" type container can usually get you about 6 months. And the word Baba-Lou was looking for is Vacuum packed.
