Lab block is extrusion food. they're little hard blocks that are designed to contain all nutrients required by the animal they're labeled for. They also wear down teh teeth of the mice so they are less like to have their teeth grow to long.
 
I am currently bredding a colony of 1.3 for my one baby corn i need the pinks amd the fuzzys then i buy adults for my boa at 3euros a pop. it all depends on if you can get the animals you want its hard for me to get pinky's in spain so i breed them one of my females just had a bunch last nite haven't counted them yet will do that tomorrow or day after.
