I purchased one Anery in 08... Unfortunately it didn't survive long... But thats not a stumbling block that can stop me. :| I plan on another corn and my dad will probably be getting a ball python.... :D
 
I'll just do the month of Dec. because I bought alot this year but for Christmas I got 4 corns and 4 house snakes. And I'm hoping to buy some at the Arlington TX show next month.
 
I bought/aquired 14 and held back 4 of my own hatchlings for a total of 18 aquisitions in 08. I have to admit that no snake in my collection is ever immune to elimination. If any of my snakes do not stack up to my expectations, or my plans/tastes change...said snakes are then "voted out" of my collection. Unless they were given to me as part of a breeding project arangement, in which case I see the project through or return said snake/s to the original owner.
 
Hmm I didn't buy any in 2008 or will likely in 2009.

I own three and that's more than enough. See if I could cohab I'd have more but been there won't do that no more so 3's it.

Plus the type to rid myself of a pet because for some reason I may not like it.
Nor do I trade or anything like that.
Kinds of sticks with my snakes for many years without buying new ones.

Much as I still want a Lavander corn. Probably won't have one till i'm 57 now.
 
We bought about 20 last year, including my Hondurans and hatched 9. NO wait, 13, we had 4 Western Hognose too. (first clutch for both) I have my shopping list, so anyone that is needing to get rid of some, lemme know....lol
 
I'll be so glad when I can edit my posts..lol.. I forgot to add we bought our first 09 yesterday... a really pretty Rev Okeetee x Creamsicle, he's one of Ravenspirit360's babies..I'll post pics tomorrow... he's gorgeous!
