How often does a snake poo?

What kind of substrate do you have them on? If you have them on aspen it can be really hard to find baby poo if you are really worried about it try putting it on papertowels as poo shows up really well on it. Most of my snakes tend to poo around 3-4 days after their meal.

the best way to see if it has poo'd if you have substrait down is to poor it out of the viv and you should see like a white powder patch on the bottom of the tank.

I agree with using paper towel substrate, its very easy to spot it that way, until its established and you know everything is ok. Good luck anyway, and post some pics when you can :)

Wouldn't work for everyone! Depends how thick the substrate is, only if the aspen layer is really thin would the white powder get to the bottom of the tank. And IMO, the whole opint of the aspen is to protect the bottom of the tank and stop it from being soiled, so your layer is probably too thin if the poop powder reaches the bottom :)

As for pictures, I have none (its not really something I photograph usually) but there are normally solid brown 'poopy' looking bits, some liquid, and often white powder.

Hope this helps, I wouldn't worry about not seeing any poo. Sometimes one of mine goes for a couple weeks without going. You could try a warm bath if you are really worried.
