How to find the poop

Ahmad Rahim

Corns, corns n more corns
So i have a question for you guys, my snake ate one pinky on Sunday night, i know that it takes about two days for the snake to poop, and sometimes three days, so my question is, how do I find the poop, I could just take him out, and look through all the aspen, but do you guys know of a faster way? Seems like a pretty stupid question considering that they like to poop under the substrate, but I'm just trying to find a way that will help me find the poop faster.

Thanks,
Ahmad Rahim

I'd b interested in this aswell. I use a kitty litter sieve scoop right now but as most people will know you can't really sieve aspen. So I use it more like a regular scoop.

A hatchling snake isn't going to have a very big poop. Look in the corners. If you don't find it, it isn't big enough to worry about!

OK thanks! That's pretty true what your saying, when it's a baby, even if I don't find it it won't be the biggest of deals, and then once it's an adult and I do have to worry about it, It will be much easier to find.
