When do I weigh my snake just before eating just after?
Obviously if I weigh him right after he eats he is going to weigh more so when should I weigh him to get an accurate size so That I know when to give him bigger\ more food
 
I try to weigh immediately before feeding. This gives enough time since the last feeding that the snake has (probably--almost guaranteed with corns) defecated already, and they haven't gotten the extra weight of food yet, so you're weighing them on "E"(empty)--their true weight without the influence of food or fecal matter making them seem heavier.

So, short answer, before feeding, same day. I have been known to weigh after on occasion... But only when I'm wanting a basic idea at that moment, not for records. On those occasions, I take the snake's weight and subtract the average weight of that size mouse (i.e. an f/t adult mouse is usually around 25 grams; maybe 30-40 for the bigger ones, IIRC).
 
Weigh the food item then feed it to the snake then weigh the snake with the food item in the snake. Now you subtract the weight of the food item from the total weight of the snake and food item and you will get the weight of the snake.

OR you just do what Nanci said but that is way to easy for me to do so I do not weigh any of my snakes and just feed them the proper size mouse or mice depending on size.

You know what I hate...I get into this daze of get the deli cup, put the food in it, put the lid on, turn on the scale, get the baby, put the baby in, note the weight, set the baby in the deli aside to eat, get the next deli, that sometimes I go to enter the weight in the database and discover I looked at the weight for that baby but didn't write it down. And then it's too late...

The babies this year are so flighty they won't just sit in their deli cup, get weighed and then get their pink, so I have to have the whole cup and pink and everything zeroed.
 
My baby corn was too flighty to sit still in any container I could put on the scale. So I added a small hide to the feeding box and zeroed it all out. Worked like a charm.

I put the whole thing (and the scale) inside a larger tub, because I'm that paranoid about escapes, and called my sister over to watch while I cleaned the vivarium. "Umm...Where's the snake?" "O, he's in the box in the box in the larger box. The one that's on top of the other two boxes." "Ah, of course :p"
