Humidity problem?

I've had my baby corn Saya for over a month now and she has just attempted her second shed. The first was mostly successful but with the tail still attached.
This time however its horribly patchy and she has a lot of shed left. I'm soaking her as I did last month but I'm thinking it might be the humidity in the tank?

How can I check or regulate humidity in her home?

Thank you for your help =]

purchase a hydrometer to start, then you will know what the humidity is in her tank.

then mist or add a damp hide when she goes into shed.
