to increase it just spray water in the viv. im not sure how to decrease it. what is you humidity right now?
 
My humidity was down to 31% earlier today, so I sprayed water around my viv and now it says it is at 75% !!!!! I didn't think it could go up that much so fast! I know it should be 40-50% so i am hoping it will go down after the heat lamp evaporates the water off.

I know some people put a towel or plexiglass over a portion of the top of the tank to raise the humidity. Just watch and make sure it does not go to high
