Humidity

I know corns can be found in a lot of the South and SE U.S., which can be semi-tropical in some parts and fairly dry in others. In a nutshell, I'm curious as to what the % of humidity should be throughout the day. I spray inside the terrarium about 2-3 times daily to bring it up, but I can't really get it to stay up. Is this okay in comparison to daily rain?

I believe 30-50% is fine for corns. You shouldn't need to mist too much, I never do.

What is your humidity at without misting?

Without misting, it's usually 20-30% which I found low, with mist it goes up to 60-70% for a bit, then down to about 40 for a little, then back down to 20-30.

She hasn't had any problems shedding, but I just wanted to make sure this level of moisture is okay.

Humidity is too much required in corns. 70% is getting a little to up there.

You're 20-30% is good. I never mist and have no problems with sheds for any of my snakes.

You can, however, mist when they are in shed if you think the snake needs it. Otherwise I wouldn't bother ;)

Your* sorry.

Like Skully said 30%-50% is good. I run about 40% and that seems pretty good I haven't had any shedding troubles as of yet. 20% may be a little low but as long as you're having no shed problems I wouldn't worry about it.

Yeah, and there is a lot of variability within even one of those too. Here in north central florida, we're probably in the semi-tropical region with wet prairie and swamps around. Right now the humidity outside is 80%, and 45% in the house. I've seen the humidity in the house get down into the 30%, like after a cold front comes through (e.g depending on how far south that midwest storm reaches in a couple of days).

If you're really concerned, you can buy small cool-air humidifier for about $30 at a big box store. I bought it not for my corns though...mostly for my sinus issues, but the BP and corns aren't complaining. It took the 30% humidity we had a month ago and bumped it to closer to 50% overnight.

Though after reading the reviews you might want a different model. No problems with mine so far.
