should my tank be humid at all/? does it need spraying now and again to provide it with a bit of moisture as it is always dry
 
humidity should be between 40-50% and misting is adviseable during shedding periods...

but not too much as this can cause rapid growth of bacteria :)

Hi Shawtay :D

I live it a terribly dry place, but I typically don't mist my cages. When I see one of my snakes is getting ready to shed I put a moist hide into their cage. All of them love it! They head right in and are there until they shed.

What is a moist hide you say? Well..... :D It's a container with moistened moss in it. Very simple. All my "kids" have perfect sheds this way.

cheers for the advice everyone. i always mist when she is in her shedding period but not in the weeks between that.
