Looks pied sided to me, but you must breed it when its older to see if it is inheritable. I would say get a mate for it that is also pied sided or het and then youll know :)

I have also a sister of him, if te male is PS , de sister must be poss. het. pied sieded. so I go breed them the male with this female.
