This guy is from a hypo motley/stripe female and an anery stripe het hypo. What does everyone think he is? Hypo stripe or stripe/motley? The front half of him looks stripe but then the second half of him looks pretty motley/striped.

This one is a toughy. I produced a clutch from Stripe x Motley h. Stripe last year and had a time of identifying them.

Note the wide center stripe and thin stripes aligned with that wide stripe.

Note the center stripe and outer stripes are thick.

Some will define a Motley h. Stripe when the center stripe is thinner then an actual Stripes would be. Obviously due to the above example, that isn't always true. I made my judgement with the outer stripes being thicker then they would be on a Stripe or the usual identification (because not all of my Motley h. Stripe offspring had both stripes wide).

I'm not comfortable with saying that your little guy is or isn't a Motley h. Stripe. I would suggest considering it a Motley h. Stripe until breeding trials prove it otherwise because his outer stripes are a tid bit bigger then I would expect from a Stripe (and he has the bit of abberrancy on the last half of his body).
