This week I posted a frantic call for help, because i couldn't find my Abbott's on Wednesday. Well you guys were right, I put a new log that I have only used w/ my older corn in there, there is the tiniest hole he can get up through.

I just got done setting tape traps in by brothers room came out looked over and guess who was staring at me, I am just so glad after tearing apart his home that I put things back and secured it, or he really could be missing for real! I am so happy I am crying. Years ago if you would of told me I would get so emotional over a "snake" I would of laughed at you.

Congratulations on finding him!!!

Can I suggest plugging the hole up with aquarium sealant so you don't go through this emotional termoil again...lol

Also as he gains weight he could find it more difficult to get out of that teeny hole.

Best wishes,

Thank you

I plan on sealing it up as soon as he comes out, He just stuck his head out and even if I could of grabbed it i would probably hurt him, I will go and get some f/t pinkies and see if I can entice him out. It is such a relief, I really couldn't understand how he got out.

Oooh I just now realized he was stuck in the plant, I didn't understand that in your post.
Yeah the same still stands make sure it never happens again.

Hi there, I can sympathise but these little buggers are escape artists of note.
Houdini had nothing on Snakes, I'm just glad that he was hiding in the log after all.

Ciao
